The people from Malampuzha, Palakkad, the granary of Kerala, witnessed a beautiful interracial wedding in September 2018. Jobish Somasundaran, an engineer at Google tied the knot to Miranda as per Hindu rituals. Jobish, who was working in Google at California where he met his fiancee Miranda Troutman, a Seed Eco technician based at California.
They were in a relationship for almost one year and later they decided to get married. When they decided to get married, they opt India to be their marriage destination. Jobish hails from Palakkad, in Kerala, India. So the couple fixed the wedding location at Palakkad. The venue was set at Hotel Tripenta, situated near the reservoir of Malampuzha Dam.
It was a function as per Hindu rituals. The priest took care of the proceedings. Jobish tied the knot on Miranda witnessing the fire, which is a holy concept as per Hinduism. Both the bride and the groom appeared in Indian wedding costumes. Though it was a Kerala wedding, the couple chose to wear north Indian clothes.
Wearing a striking red lehenga choli embroidered with stones, Miranda appeared to be beautiful just like a Punjabi bride. Jobish opted a stunning Nehru jacket over white Kurta and pants.
Miranda’s parents also flew to India, attended the wedding and blessed the couple. The Whindian couple left back to California by September end. The wedding photography was done by Yellow Frames, one of the leading wedding photographers in Kerala.
